Family Portraits on the Beach in St Pete Beach and Treasure Island!

Whether you live here or are visiting the Tampa Bay area on vacation, child and family portraits on the beach are such a fun and enduring way to capture those special family moments! Unlike in a studio, children are able to relax, play, run around, and be noisy on the beach. This in turn allows the parents to relax. Natalie and Bianca's Senior Portraits on the Beach!

Natalie and Bianca are best friends and seniors at Shorecrest Preparatory School in St Petersburg, Florida. They decided to have a joint senior portrait photo shoot on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island.

They had a blast taking their senior portraits on the beach and on the grounds of a nearby villa that offers quite an eclectic collection of antiques and novelties!

Senior Portraits in St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida

It’s your senior year and you’re getting ready to head off to college, join the military, start a career, or find some other way to take on the world as an adult! This is such an exciting and special time in your life, and that’s why it has become a tradition to capture your personality with senior portraits.

However, many school-based senior portrait photographers don’t really give you a chance to display much personality. After all, how much personality can you exude when you’re sitting in front of a blue or grey plastic screen or leaning against giant foam numbers marking the year of your graduation?

For the record – we have nothing against this type of senior portrait photography. They can be fun and sometimes they are necessary for yearbook pictures and other publications where everyone needs to look the same. These photographers put a great deal of time, effort, and expertise into bringing these services to local high schools, and we applaud them for their hard work and dedication to the profession.

However, wouldn’t be nice if you could let your hair down, relax, change clothes a few times, and show off a little personality and some local character in your senior portraits? And wouldn’t it be ideal if you could order your senior portraits as high resolution digital images on CD so you could use them on facebook, twitter, and other websites, blogs, and social media?

Well, you can!

At Simple Treasures Photography by Claire, we offer classy, elegant, and fun senior portrait sessions on our beautiful beaches, in a local park, downtown (for that “urban” look!), or anyplace that is special to you and shows off your personality! Do you play an instrument? Why not bring it and play it during your senior portrait session? Do you play a sport? Why not bring your uniform or equipment to your photo shoot or have your portraits done on the field? You get the idea – express yourself and make your senior portraits a work of art that reflects who you are at this unique time in your life!
